Return & Refund Policy

At Haley Bennett Designs, your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility
We accept returns on all unused, non-bath & body products in their original condition and packaging. Due to the nature of personal care items, bath and body products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@haleybennettdesigns.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us at hello@haleybennettdesigns.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will make it right.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:
